CLASS DESCRIPTION:
Come and join us during the school holidays to make yourself a puffy bunting.
Who doesn’t love a good bunting hanging up in their room?
This bunting is constructed using a batting in the middle to give it a ‘puffy’ feel.
We sandwich our fabrics and batting together and then sew on the paper letters, once done, we rip off the paper and cut around the letter shapes with pinking shares (the zig zag scissors), after that we will then attach to the cotton tape to create a bunting.
You get to learn how to sew around shape, cutting the fabric and sewing onto the tape

Need a basket to put all those ‘things’ that don’t really have a home, but you don’t want to lose.
Then this quilted storage fabric basket is for you.
Created with two layers of fabric with a foam stiffener sandwiched in between the layers.
We then quilt, you can do this with just a straight stitch or have fun using the fancy stitches on the machine.
After we have quilted we then turn it into this super cute basket, adding binding to the edge and the inside.
Lots of great fun skills to learn making this basket.
