COST: $150 - Plus the cost of the fabric for your Bag

SKILL LEVEL: Beginners upwards

CLASS DATES:
Sunday 13th September
9am - 2:30pm (with a 30min lunch break included)

CLASS DESCRIPTION:
Come join us for a Sunday session and make the Ottie Bag by Patterns by Beth.
Beth and I are teaming up to bring your her first pattern release a quilted shoulder bag.
The Ottie bag is a super fun fully lined quilted bag with an inside pocket and tie closure.
A great sized bag that will become your new favourite.
So come join us, meet Beth the designer behind this stylish bag and enjoy a creative day of sewing.
This bag is a great upcycling project also, so think about 2nd hand fabrics, old duvets and sheets (perfect for lining) to make your bag.

WHAT YOU WILL LEARN:

• How to cut out your project

• Quilting your bag

• Sewing seam together

• Attaching a pocket

• Making Ties

• Attaching lining

WHATS INCLUDED:

• Your own printed copy of the pattern to use on the day + an emailed copy

• Batting for quilting

• Use of sewing machines

• Use of tools & equipment

• Snacks and drinks to keep the energy levels up

YOU NEED TO PROVIDE:

• Outer fabric

• Lining fabric

• Thread to match
