COST: $150 -3 weeks (7.5 hours) plus the cost of your fabric for the project

SKILL LEVEL:
This workshop is for confident beginners to Intermediate sewists.
But more experienced sewers are also welcome

The Ashton top from Helens Closet was originally designed as a singlet style top, but then she added a sleeve extension pack so its become a very verstile pattern with so many options.
The Ashton top or singlet is an all season staple, that is easy to sew and gives you the next steps in sewing techniques from the beginners class to start your journey into making clothes for yourself.
The Ashton top has bust darts, bias bound neckedge and a signature A-line shape. You can chose your body length depending on your style, hip length or cropped.
We are using the sleeve extension for this class so you can learn how to insert sleeves.
The Sleeve extension kit comes with 4 different sleeve options.
The hem is finished using a hem facing.

The Ashton Singlet has all the same features as the top, but instead of a bias bound neck we have a facing for the neck and armholes so you get to learn the burrito method in how to bag this all out for a beautiful finish.

This pattern is also drafted for two cup sizes B and D so we will also learn how to take our measurements and find the correct size for us.
